Feather-Weight Adjustable Safety Block
5 Ton Maximum Capacity
This block was designed to provide convenient use and handling for your employees. This block is very light. A typical feather-weight block is just around 2 lbs.

Feather-Weight Max Adjustable Safety Block
10 Ton Maximum Capacity
Like the feather-weight, this block is very light, but comes with the extra load capacity and is available in larger lengths than the feather-weight. The adjustment range is up to 4” with a maximum height of 20″. Base pricing includes a 3″ round base, extrusion, and adjustment assembly.
Light -Weight Adjustable
20 Ton/35 Ton Capacity
This is our most popular block.
The adjustment range on the 35-ton capacity is up to 5″, and the adjustment range on the 20-ton capacity is 6″-12″.

Mid-Weight Adjustable
50 Ton/75 Ton Capacity
This block works great to support larger presses but is still light enough to easily handle.
The average weight on this block is around 20-30lbs.
The adjustment range on the 75-ton capacity is up to 5″, and the adjustment range on the 50 ton is 6″-12″.

HSB Adjustable
125 Ton/150 Ton capacity
We have recently modified our heavyweight block to shed some of the weight that typically went along with the SB-1 Heavy Duty block. The block no longer has the U-shape and is also round like the rest of our line of blocks.
The adjustment range on the 150 Ton is up to 8″, and the adjustment range on the 125 Ton is 9″-12″.
Base pricing includes a 6″x6″ square base, extrusion, and adjustment assembly.
Standard Safety Blocks
These blocks are used when a customer doesn’t have a need for an adjustable block and just wants one fixed size. Aluminum or wood wedges are available as an added option to fill in any gaps. They can be built as small as a few inches up to many feet and depending on size can go up to 150 tons of load coverage.
Power Cut-Off System
In storage when the safety block is stored on the side of the press with the safety plug connected to the control circuit, the press is operative.
In use when the safety block is in the press bed area with the safety plug disconnected from the control circuit, the press is inoperative.

Holder
Safety press block holder provides a safe, designated place near the electrical connection. It is
